Blessed Sacrament once per day:
"One Our Father, One Hail Mary and One
Glory be for the Pope's intention
as well as the Nicene (as at the Mass) Creed"
it would merit a plenary indulgence. 

Please remember how important a Plenary Indulgence is
just for going to Mass, Holy Communion, Confession, etc. that day
or week.
Please help the Poor Souls in Purgatory.
