“WORD OF THE DAY” SCHOOL NON-VIOLENCE PROGRAM:

A school-based program teaching non-violence

that involves school children from Lorain County.

(Sponsored by the Peace & Nonviolence Committee

of the Catholic Action Commission of Lorain County.)

“WORD OF THE DAY”

is done in conjunction with the national week of non-violence

in October of each year.

Each year, over a dozen schools (private and public)

participated through both school-wide and classroom

activities and programs.

Next year’s dates will again be during October!
