A 5-part series on Catholic Social Teaching
and its application to critical issues of our day; sessions will be
scheduled upon request at various locations throughout the Cleveland
Diocese. To schedule, call 330-535-2787/888-620-5280. Cost: $500 for
parish sponsorship; or, $200 each if 3 or more parishes co-sponsor;
$40 per person for non-parishioners

sessions will cover:
Session I: Spirituality of Justice & the 7 Major Themes of Catholic
Social Teaching -
Exploring the biblical roots and Church teachings that form the
foundation of social justice ministry
Session II: Moving from Conversion to Action –
Learning how to apply social
analysis and methods of social action to justice issues
Session III: Solidarity on the Journey to Justice –
Integrating social justice
teachings with real life experiences of the poor
Session IV: Building Social Justice Involvement in the Parish –
Considering
various methods of expanding the role of social justice within
parishes
Session V: Strategic Planning –
Setting a vision, goals, priorities, and action steps
