General Information

The goals of Sts. Joseph & John Interparochial School are to provide the best possible assistance to parents in their efforts:
  1. To teach their children to have a high regard for themselves and for others, because all are sons and daughters of God.
  2. To help their children understand that it is God Who commands us to be honest, just, truthful, faithful, kind, generous, forgiving, etc.
  3. To encourage their children to strive for excellence. God's gifts of life, talents, material things, and of faith deserve nothing less in gratitude to God.
  4. To teach their children to make wise choices and decisions by accepting the wisdom of God's Word as interpreted by His Church.
  5. To help their children to grow and develop mentally, emotionally, and spiritually...by motivating them to respond to Christ's call to unselfish service to one another in the home, school, and neighborhood.

    6. To teach children to pray.

Directions to the School

Sts. Joseph & John School is located on Pearl Road (Route 42) in Strongsville. Exit Interstate 71 at Route 42 and head south. The school is located on the west side approximately 4 miles from the exit.
 
 

The School Day

The school day begins at 7:55 a.m. and continues until 2:00 p.m. for Grades 1 through 8. The morning Kindergarten class begins at 7:55 a.m. and completes at 10:40 a.m. The afternoon Kindergarten class runs from 11:20 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
 

The Bookstore

The Bookstore is located in the hallway to the Media Center and is open Tuesday and Thursday mornings before school.
